1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back with us as we expand our delivery network.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location and stock availability. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery time estimates.
3. Delivery Methods
Goose & Co partners with reputable third-party courier services. While The Courier Guy is often our preferred provider, we reserve the right to change or use alternate couriers depending on location, availability, or logistics.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your parcel online.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be liable for re-delivery fees. Please ensure all contact and delivery details are accurate when placing your order.
7. Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Goose & Co cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, load shedding, or any events outside of our control.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the package and product. We will assess and provide a resolution where applicable. Lost parcel claims will be investigated in conjunction with our courier partner.
